A. Lebanon Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery Window
    Orders within Lebanon are delivered in 1–3 business days from the date of confirmation.
  • Order Cutoff & Processing
    Orders confirmed before our daily cutoff are processed the same day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Note on Remote Areas & Conditions
Delivery to remote locations or during severe weather, strikes, or peak seasons may require extra time. We’ll notify you if we expect delays.

D. Tracking & Notifications

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS to follow your delivery in real time.
  • Address Accuracy
    Please double-check your shipping details. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or additional fees.

E. Failed Delivery & Reattempts

  • Missed Delivery
    If the courier cannot reach you, they’ll attempt redelivery or arrange pickup where available.
  • Return to Sender
    Orders returned due to repeated failed attempts or wrong addresses may incur reshipping fees.
