    Store credit is available and helps protect our cash flow while avoiding banking fees associated with refunds.

D. Return Shipping Cost

    Customer pays return shipping costs for standard returns and change of mind.
  • Defective Items
    We cover return shipping costs only for verified defective items.

E. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Photo Evidence Required
    Customers MUST submit clear photos of damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Verification Process
    This requirement helps prevent false claims and ensures legitimate cases receive prompt resolution.
Fraud Prevention
Without photo evidence within 48 hours, we cannot process replacement requests. This policy protects against fraudulent claims for free replacements.
